We believe wedding flowers are one of the most transformative parts of wedding decor. At Frankie Lane Flowers we have an abundance of experience transforming weddings, from bridal bouquets, ceremony arches, table centrepieces to bespoke installations. Wedding flowers can leave a lasting memory for both our couples and their wedding guests, to which we take great pride in being apart of.
Our design process is an essential part in the collaboration with our couples. It’s our job as your florist to produce flowers that are an expression of who you are, your style and what you like, and then include those little elements to make your day extra special. Our process allows us to gain vital information and understand your vision to make sure we have the right foundations to design and produce your wedding flowers. With our expert advice and guidance we'll create flowers for your special day that are unique to you.

Our Process

Initial communication
First communication will be via phone or email, this is where we’ll gather the key information for your big day. From date, venue, bridal party, expected guest numbers & style or colour palette (if yet decided). We’ll then gain an understanding of what you may have budgeted and also share with you our price guidelines. If you’re happy to proceed we’ll schedule a face to face consultation to go over the finer details.

Concepts & Quotation
This is where the fun starts! After our consultation we’ll produce a personalised design concept complete with documentation that’ll include:
Overall look/moodboard
Suggested flowers and foliages
Quotation

Booking the date
If you’re happy with our proposed quotation and design concept, the next phase is to lock in the date with us to guarentee we can accommodate your wedding flowers. This is done so in the form of a deposit.

Planning & 'The Big Day'
Once your date has been secured we’ll refine all the details, schedule site visits if needed and start to plan the logistics and ordering of flowers and materials for the day. We’ll prepare run sheets outlining our movements on the day made against your timeline. On the day itself we’ll be busy bee’s behind the scenes delivering and installing your florals, making it all come to life!
